"Went here for sort of emergent bloodwork. I arrived less than 15 minutes before they closed for the day but they fit me in as a walk-in and the phlebotomist was very nice and professional. My doctor apparently didn't fax in the order like he was supposed to have, but the phlebotomist was still able to find it in the system somehow, and drew my blood and got me in and out super quickly and painlessly. Staff here went above and beyond, so I could not recommend this location of Quest Diagnostics more highly!"

"Rude staff. No one in office to help you. Took 20 minutes just to drop off a specimen sample. Kiosk should be replaced with real people to help you. Lots of elderly people need personal help."

"This place is horrible. Staff is rude and policies suck. They started this new policy where you have to have an appointment. We did not know this. Prior to this, it’s always been a walk-in place. I have my elderly sick mother at 10:30 am in here waiting an hour for an appointment and there are no other patients in here. Yet, they won’t take her back because we couldn’t get an appt until 11:40 am. It’s too early for a lunch break so this is absolutely rude and ridiculous. I will NEVER use this place again."
