"Lora Popov a general manager at this facility is aggressive to customers and threatens her staff in a hostile manner. she frequently utilizes harsh language including expletives and creates a biased atmosphere that demeans lower-socioeconomical patrons because she "caters to professors and faculty" and "this establishment doesn't cater to your kind of people" when talking to a customer from Kentucky"
"The girl who usually takes care of me with the tattoos is no longer there and the service has been pretty awful since. The food takes about 30-40 minutes sometimes as well as the service being very slow. Havent been visiting much since and I was a frequent customer through out the week"

"I've had a beer while working on several assignments here. Both the day time and night bartenders are great. The food is kinda pricey, but worth it. Bill makes sure you get what you want and you're happy with it. This place has gotten me through many tough classes during my time at IUPUI."
