"Hadn't been in years due to food no longer good. Really missed the old school Bob Evans so we thought we'd give it a second chance. Not disappointed one bit! Everything was delicious! Staff beyond friendly, kind and helpful. Prices were perfect."

"Terrible!! I hope and pray service in side is better then ordering! If you order a pickup it will consistently an hour late! They don't care what it's for or who they inconvenience. They have empty apologies and absolutely zero empathy for the headache they cause. Not even busy and they just don't care! Terrible management! And the old lady at the front....should not be in customer service. To edit for reply- I called both managers and neither called me back for a resolution. The male manager that was new and didn't bother to come and speak to a customer that had been waiting for over an hour for food that the restaurant handed to someone else. Literally helped them walk it out. Allowed employees to blame said customer that she ordered it for delivery, no for door dash and so on. Yesterday after the customer waited AGAIN over an hour, he finally came out with a half-a** apology and said he would see what he could do. It took an hour and a half to "bag it up". Liars."

"Service was amazing and the restaurant itself was very clean and lovely. However, they don’t allow substitutions to their recipe whatsoever. I wanted an omelet and since they didn’t have a vegetarian option, I asked if I could order the Three Meat & Cheese Omelet (second expensive omelet on the menu but with the most ingredients with 7 different ingredients) but substitute the 3 different meats for bell peppers, diced onion and spinach as well as removing one of the cheese it comes with. My kind server let me know that she cannot make that accommodation due to policies and my only option is to order a BYO omelet with all the veggies I want and just pay extra 50¢ per ingredient. It ultimately ended up being the most expensive omelet on the menu while it was only 5 ingredients that all are vegetable. * Three Meat & Cheese Omelet $11.39 vs BYO with 5 Veggies and Provolone cheese $12.59 ($10.59 for 2 ingredients + $2 for 4 more at 50¢/ingredient)* But it satisfied my cravings and lack of time to make my own omelet, so I still left happy. Please keep in mind that the servers don’t make those decisions, they are hired to follow them. So don’t use this as an excuse to berate the staff. I’m sharing my experience so that it doesn’t take you by surprise if they are unable to meet other accommodation requests."

"One of my most favorite places to get breakfast....however, the waitress we had acted like she hated her job, so she wasn't the friendliest. I think it's awfully rude to drop the check on your table along with the food. She didn't check up on us one time after that. Had to go up front for a to go container. The food tasted great as usual though, so no complaint there."

"Delicious food at a good price. I enjoyed my lemon pepper sole fillet with broccoli and Cole slaw. The slaw was a little old, but the fillet and broccoli were delicious. The banana bread was fantastic, but it came out long after I finished my meal. The place was not busy on an early Friday evening, but the service was still a little slow (I think they may be understaffed). The portion sizes were a little smaller, but sufficient considering the price. If you want a flavorful meal at a good price and have the time this is a good place for dinner."
