I have medical issues which cause me to have a sensitive scalp and Rebecca has always done right by me. She is very friendly, very caring, and always does what she can to accommodate me."

"I would not recommend the Brazilian wax service, at all. Ive gotten them plenty of times in the past with no issues until I visited this salon. I can’t describe how incredibly painful their hard wax was. It felt like it was too hot when they put it on but waited too long to put the wax paper on the hot wax. The wax dried on me and could no longer be pulled off with the wax paper which resulted in the girl cutting it out of my hair. It was super humiliating and she got me with the scissors while trying to stick them under the wax. She advised I could go home and finish the job by shaving. This was a few days before my wedding and I knew shaving would give me razor burn (which I why I was getting waxed). I went into this salon super happy to find a place in Salem for this service, but I left slightly traumatized. I strongly recommend not coming here."
