"My van had a BAD oil leak. I called Artisan because they had great reviews and Paul sure did live up to them! HANDS DOWN THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received! He communicated quickly with clear and helpful information. He provided multiple options and was just so helpful during a stressful time. Then he lets me know that the damage/leak was most likely caused due to the previous oil change from another (unnamed) company. He was able to help me coordinate a time for them to come fix it in his shop! And LAST but not LEAST, Paul noticed my tire pressure was low due to the recent drop in temperatures. And even though his shop didn't "work" on my van, he made sure it was COMPLETELY road ready and safe to drive for me and my family. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone! Thank you Paul!!"

"Wanted to share my wonderful experience with Paul from artisanal auto Works, I was referred to him from my other service provider to work on my Mercedes-Benz 2016 GLE. The first experience was smooth- a simple car servicing- but it was efficient, reasonably priced and professional. What really blew me away was my car had a warning sign that the coolant levels were low, with fear of it overheating I frantically called Paul, he found the time in his schedule to drive all the way up to Westfield to my home to inspect the car the SAME day. Within minutes he confirmed there was no weak and it just needed more liquid. He did his magic and thankfully the sign went away. I asked what the bill was considering his time, and magical expertise and he said he wouldn’t charge me for that, he’ll charge me next time when an actual repair was made. I was amazed in todays world where such kindness is so rare, I feel lucky and honored to work with Paul. Highly recommend!"

"Great experience at Artisan Autoworks! I highly recommend this business for repair work and maintenance on your vehicle. A few weeks ago I experienced some serious engine issue with my 2012 Audi Q5 as I was commuting to work. My Audi Q5 started shuddering badly and misfiring when I was on 465, so I immediately pulled off the highway exit and called up Paul Feigert (owner of Artisan Autos). Paul kindly offered to meet me where I was located, but fortunately, I was only a few miles from his shop, so I managed to safely limp my vehicle there. Paul did extensive troubleshooting to identify the root cause of the engine issue, while looking for ways to minimize labor and cost of parts for me. In the end, Paul identified a burnt exhaust valve at cylinder #1. He replaced my cylinder head (he found a low cost version), timing chain, spark plugs and oil to get my 10 year old Q5 in excellent working order. Paul also road tested my vehicle to make sure it was running safely. Paul also apprised me every step of the way and always provided lots of great detail. I thought Paul was thoroughly competent, very friendly, honest and dedicated to getting the job done in a timely manner. Paul also dropped off my vehicle at my home, while my family and I were away on vacation. Awesome customer service!"
