"I had ordered an ice cream cake for my husband’s birthday on November 14 to be picked up on November 17 at 4:30. I show up to the location a little after said time and my cake is nowhere to be found. I only had a small window to pick up the cake hence why I had a scheduled time to pick up the cake. It’s very upsetting because I had looked forward to surprising him and even though I gave plenty of time for it to be made, it was never done. I am very disappointed and will question getting another cake from Dairy Queen again."
"Seriously zero customer service skills from the cashier. Mistook order, had to order my daughters food separately. We were done eating by the time she got her food, and that's because I had to ask where her food was. Also, check out the photo of the cold fries I was given. That's literally UNTOUCHED. Is there a fry shortage I'm unaware of? Update: the manager offered to remake the meal. She corrected the cook, gave us another order of fresh fries and free Blizzard coupons."
"I came to have a .85 cent blizzard that was advertised on my phone. They said I had to have a FB or Apple app, or I could buy one for $4.97. I was disappointed and went 1 mile down the road to Culvers and had a flavor of the day for $4.09, 2 scoops , there receipt showed me I could take a survey and get a free 1 scoop custard. My trip was worth it."
"The $7.00 meal deal is pretty hard to beat nowadays. It would be a lot better if the cheeseburger was actually hot when you get it, and they actually put the cheese on it to make it an actual cheeseburger. French fries was hot and tasty!! Service was just so so. Too busy looking at their phones to pay attention to the customers."
