"Fast service. Just not a huge fan of the pessimistic dry attitude the man with goatee and long hair gave us in the drive thru over a basic order."
"This will be the last time that I will ever go to this location. Takes over 30 minutes to get a drink. I have ordered plenty time in advance and still been late to work every time I order. Everyone that works there is incompetent and they lose your orders and there is no management of the drive through or cafe area. they don't even acknowledge that you have been waiting well over 30 minutes or apologize."
"Just left there and there were two women and a manager, the baristas not working drive through took my order, was very polite, professional, and personable, made me laugh and smile which is hard to do when I just woke up and groggy and yet she made my day. I just moved to Evansville from Indianapolis and have not been having great experiences but the crew members tonight definitely made my night and worth my while to come back to there store again for great service!"
"I cannot express enough how underwhelming this starbucks is. Its the worst one in Evansville which is frustrating because its the closest to our house. We drive to target and go inside, or typically just use the Barnes and Nobles one as we're there weekly anyhow. Highly recommend that one. For whatever reason, every time we get any drink from here, its not only the worst version of a drink that we've had, but the staff is immediately hostile for reasons we dont understand. Whether its cold or hot, coffee or juice-based, its always really disappointing. I know we all have bad or rough days, Im a childrens therapist, I absolutely get it. But being rude to me because I order a discontinued item is unreasonable, especially when I picked it on the menu I was looking at. I wasnt sure if I was just being sensitive so I didnt say anything until my wife said, "Why are they being so rude to you?" which thankfully made me feel pretty validated. TLDR: Go to another starbucks, the East side one is marginally better, go inside a store to get Starbucks ie: Target or Barnes and Nobles"
