"Fair pricing and awsome staff"
"We rented a storage unit for almost 3 months, and chose Bennett storage because it was close to our house and new. We put items up off the ground as suggested by facility. Recently we took our items out and found that quite a bit of our items had mold and fungus. There was a giant puddle all the way across the entrance of our unit causing us to either step in or jump across the water to get in. . After the unit was empty, we saw puddles of water in our unit. The maintenance guy said that was impossible and didn't seem to care less. The water came in from the small units on the side of ours because there is no sealing or caulking between units and the drainage is awful and create huge puddles all throughout the facility. I have rented many storage units over time and never experienced water puddling on the floor. Be prepared to keep your items off the floor because if we get rain your storage unit will get water on the floor."
