"I don't know whose running this store but they suck. I haven't even got a fountain from there for months cause half the time I did the flavor would be out, and god forbid one of the employees has to change it. The last 3 times I went there for food there was none. The cuppacino/hot chocolate machines have been broken for MONTHS you'd think they would want to sell hot chocolate during the winter. The frosty machine is just missing. The only thing I even get from there anymore us cigarettes. Nearly all the recent reviews are terrible and the company just keeps saying B.S. like this isn't up to their standards. When the problems have been going on this long then this is your new standard. You're the new circle k Edit: thought I'd add a photo of the pizza I just got from this place. Edit: 2/22 the hot chocolate/cappuccino machine is still somehow broken. Management is even trying anymore."

"On 1/20/24 I ordered a medium thin crust taco pizza, there were no tomatoes, they hardly put any chips and lettuce on the pizza. They cut it into weird shapes and was way uneven, I had to literally cut it myself when I got home. The sausage was hard, the pizza looked like and even tasted as if it was just reheated after a few hours of it being made, we were told 15 minuted for them to make our pizza but it didnt even take 5 minutes so that says a lot.. Also there was cold uncooked shredded cheese in the box. I will never order from here again. I didnt pay $18 for a pizza and it come out like that."

"What a joke this store has become. Used to be nice and ran well. Ordered 2 pizzas for my son for a band trip for 6 am pickup. (Eight of his friends expecting food!) Ordered on the app at 8 pm the night before for 6 am pickup. Get there shortly after 6 am and we're told they hadn't even started them. I told the lady they were supposed to be ready at 6 and she said they had been busy all night and it wasn't her problem. Then proceeds to tell me to never come back because I'm mad that the order that I placed 10 hours before and you have my money isn't ready. Asked them to refund my money and they told me that they can't I have to cancel on the app. I see no where to cancel the order in the app. Told the manager would be in at 8 am. Called about 9:20 am and told the manager didn't show and I could try back at 10 am. I just want my money back at this point!!! Update: Called again at 3pm still no manager. Called customer service. Gentlemen I spoke with was great. Issued my refund with no issue. 1 star for the store, 5 stars for Customer Service."

"We get pizza from this location nearly every week on Thursday evenings. We have noticed that the pizza has really went downhill. The ingredients still seem fine, but the preparation and service is severely lacking. Our pizza last night was overly burnt on one half of the pizza. Not sure if it is their oven, or that the pizza is sitting idle on one end of the conveyor belt for far too long. My girlfriend left a review and called the store, but all we got in response was an apology. There was no mention of making things right, and its the next day and no manager has called her back to follow-up. We were loyal customers every week. I know that staffing has been a real challenge, as from week to week I rarely see the same faces. At some point poor customer service is no longer on the employees, but a reflection of the management and ownership."

"I love this Casey's it's clean it's friendly and really the only place I can find that makes a veggie pizza that you can buy by the slice. Sometimes us vegetarians want more than just cheese pizza. Bathroom needs cleaned but nice staff"
