"Great response time - we called in our job late in a Friday and had tech Saturday at 8am. Repair tech Josiah did a thorough job troubleshooting a nagging furnace issue. He walked us through the steps he’d taken and options for resolving the issue and we settled on a path forward that we’re happy with. One of the benefits of working with Peterman is that the tech who takes the call can easily consult with other Peterman professionals for input, which Josiah fortunately did. We want Peterman to be our ongoing HVAC company and have signed up for the Protection Club, which is great value."
"The guy Kyle was amazing, he fixed additional items we had on our list but didn’t ask until he was here. He was kind, knowledgeable and very respectful. Our dog is a barker at anyone that he doesn’t know and Kyle was so friendly to him he barked once, which is unheard of. We even signed up for their yearly membership because we want to continue to work with them and no other plumbing company."

The professional who visited, Ryan Harrison, was extremely friendly and knowledgable and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the wiring issue we were having. I thought the price was reasonable for the amount of work done. We were also able to get an appointment in just a few days (for a non-emergency situation). We would definitely use Peterman Brothers again in the future. Thank you!"
