"Started Aspire in March 2020. I went through therapy programs. Always had great staff Brenda and Dama. Kathy is kind. I didn't like Nick the therapist. I suffer with Debilitating anxiety and Ptsd. He knew i had panic attacks. Aspire is a hugh place full of empty rooms mostly. So i go to see Nick he brings with him a student and 3 of us sit in a closet size room for an hour I begin to sweat i felt interrogated, He could of put us in a bigger room. I had a panick attack face sweating and so miserable uncomfortable and embarrassed Im not saying he is horrible. I am humble and my personality doesnt go well with pushy and people with bigger egos. He changed my meds and I got violently sick. I never saw him after. Doctors Mary Mueller, Emily Pierce are the best doctors ive ever had. Felicia goes out of her way to help me. Awesome staff and doctors. I am blessed! Time is now to go their."

"I've had a little bit of a fiasco with scheduling an in take appt, but I honestly will say that Kelly bends over backwards to help in every capacity she can, she calls, and explains things and calls back hours later showing that she has been working on your case. I really appreciate that and I'm happy to be here and with someone like Kelly looking out for you, how could you go wrong!?"

"If I could give ZERO stars I would. We scheduled an appointment months in advance, made arrangements to be off work to attend this session with my loved one. It was a virtual appointment (which I thought was great - initially) We never received a link for paperwork, received a phone call two days prior to confirm, however, were not asked if we received a link for paperwork. Never received a link to join the appointment, however, I did have an email from Aspire that confirmed his appointment day and time, at the bottom there was a link that said, "Can't find a link to your appointment, click here!" Clicked the link and signed in - waited 5 minutes and called their phone number to get assistance and received a message that they were experiencing higher than normal call volume, but I could save my place in line and I would get a call back. Received a call back 10 minutes later and was told that since they never received paperwork AND I was beyond the grace period of time late for our appointment that I would have to reschedule. If you are looking for a circus side show, make an appointment with these clowns."

"We saw Chad Sperry at the Lebanon, IN location. We were listened to and did not feel rushed. All of our concerns were validated and carefully and thoroughly discussed. A provider that actually cares and takes time to listen as opposed to a facility that rushes patients through to maximize the amount of patients and dollars."
