"Entered a yugioh tournament and was almost disqualified due to B.O. Luckily for me, Deryk, an employee, offered me axe deodorant to save the day. I was able to continue playing but sadly I scrubbed out. Awesome place to throw pizza parties! Highly recommended for your tcg hobbies and a friendly environment. Come on by!"

"Poor customer service and the approach of buying cards. Accompanied my roommate to sell some fairly valuable cards - anywhere between $6-$20 per card per TCG - and were in great condition. Worker had quickly sifted through the cards and scolded the customer for not having them sleeved. Explained to the clerk that the reason they were unsleeved was because the OTS store in Indy we tend to frequent knocks 10% off selling price for having to unsleeve cards (additional labor charge essentially) again, the cards were in amazing condition. Clerk continued to berrate customer saying they should appreciate the cards and their art more. After sifting through the collection the clerk only wanted one card and kept mumbling something under his breath. Upon getting ready to leave the store the clerk then said "Don't come back". I can't stress this enough, it was piss poor customer service and I get better at McDonalds. I will not be taking my business here nor will my roommates. If you want better treatment and someone who will buy your cards and be nice in a good clean store I recommend Valkyrie's Vault in Brownsburg or Grandmaster Games in Greenwood."

"Awesome store and an even better staff!! First time in and they were all super helpful. They have a great selection of everything and some unique memorabilia I haven't seen at other stores. Will be back soon for some other cards!"

"poor service with even more poor staff. Came in to sell some card I've had for years, and came off good recommendation. I didn't matter even entering the store until I was the next person in line. Once I was up after a 20 minute wait. The employee sifted my cards lightning fast, and told me he wasn't interested in any of them. I was surprised considering my collection, and the price comparison of each copy off the tcg price app I had been using. He then went to tell me they only want about 100 cards from the yugioh card game all together. That the rest is trash and waste. Only specifically 100 cards out of over 20 years of sets. Shouldn't advertise the buying of cards, if you wont even buy cards or just to take the time to actually know what your talking about and look up the prices."
