"I really couldn't believe the experience that I had. One lady totally chopped my nails off. I told her that I wanted to cut them down a bit and that I had my real nails with an acrylic overcoat. She just started cutting my nails and they were all uneven. When I told the owner that I wasn't happy with how she chopped my nails and that I wanted someone else to do them, she started getting an attitude and telling me that I can just get tips. When I told her that I did not want tips, she became argumentative and was yelling in her native language. The nail tech that was helping me told her that it is okay and to calm down. This is not the first time that I witnessed the manager arguing with unhappy customers. I did not raise my voice nor was I rude. I was a very loyal customer but I will never go there again!"
