Owned and operated by the Hammond Port Authority, this remarkable venue was inspired by the 1895 Frank Lloyd Wright amusement resort concept for Wolf Lake, featuring a stunning tower design. The PAV boasts a 2,600 square foot main stage and 86,000 square feet of concrete and grass seating, making it the perfect spot for a variety of events, including annual favorites like the Festival of the Lakes, the WHAM! Bike Ride, and the 4th of July Naturalization Ceremony. This year, we're thrilled to host an exciting lineup of performances, including Rick Michels’ and his 24-piece big band for "Sinatra Forever: A Salute to Frank Sinatra" on September 14, 2024. Welcome to St. Paul's Episcopal Church, a vibrant place of worship located at 1101 Park Drive, Munster, Indiana. Our church is steeped in rich history, originally offering services on Rimbach Street in downtown Hammond, Indiana. As our congregation flourished, we moved south to our current location in Munster, where a beautiful church was constructed in 1989, embracing many of the architectural elements from our Hammond roots. As you approach our church, you'll be greeted by the sound of "Francis," our dedicated bell, which rings daily at 9:00 am, noon, 3:00 pm, and 6:00 pm, and announces service times on Sundays. Upon entering through the bell tower, you'll find a plaque commemorating the bell's dedication.
