This man had the nerve to say I’d have to pay a charge and that the stones fall out normally. NOT after half a day of wearing sir!! This place sucks and will never get my money again. Update: as you can see in the response they are still unprofessional and accusing of defamation when I’m not the only one who had a bad experience. Telling me I get what I pay for? Unprofessional. Maybe try investing in better quality products that you’re selling to your consumer base. I rest my case."
