Conveniently located at 11275 Delaware Parkway, Suite A, Crown Point, Indiana, our practice is dedicated to providing comprehensive and quality healthcare tailored to meet the needs of each individual. Dr. Lisa Mullally, DO, is a highly qualified physician with a rich educational background. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Pre-professional Studies & Psychology from the University of Notre Dame in 1997 and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Midwestern University - Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002. Following her education, she completed a three-year family practice residency through Michigan State University. Since 2006, Dr. Lisa has been committed to serving the community, and in 2012, she joined her husband, Dr. Tim, as Vice-President of their private practice, now known as Mullally Sports & Family Medicine.
