"This place is awful brought my little one in and they couldn't tell me anything of what was going on just kept doing tests. They said that it was serious enough to bring him to a different hospital but still didn't tell me what was going on and every time I was about to ask they would hurry out of the room. Finally we get brought by ambulance to a different hospital and they tell my husband the wrong one."
"I was in here and the nurses and doctor were terrible they refused to give me the testing I went there to receive. I have received that same type of testing in other emergency rooms such as hendricks as recently as this year -- but putnam county hospital likes to play gatekeeper and get argumentative with patients about which sorts of tests they can administer. It's ridiculous. The doctor had a big attitude and walked out of the room and when confronted puffed up his chest like he wanted to start a physical altercation (Newsflash he would lose I would DESTROY HIM) The nurses were also rude --- they even went as far as laughing at me -- the patient, during my shot. I submitted the experience to upper level management -- they reviewed themselves and found they did nothing wrong. Go figure! The administrator of Putnam County Hospital is a clueless loser that needs to get the hell out of town."
"Terrible. My foot was in pain, nothing was broken so they only gave me a splint sandle and didnt even wrap my foot. No crouches, no ibuprofen, nothing. I still can't walk on my foot, 2nd day now of missing work. Do they not understand what pain is? Just because something isn't broken doesn't mean when you are 230 lbs it's a lot of pressure and pain. This is what I pay into all year? No way I will ever give my business to them again, if I had a serious injury who knows what would happen."
"They were very efficient and knowledgeable, I was seen right away and treated with respect and consideration. It took a little longer than expected to come to diagnosis but they kept checking on me and did their best to make me comfortable during the wait. I have always found this ER to be a better than avg choice and the employees are genuine and experienced. I would choose to go here first in any emergency situation, without a doubt. Thanks for your contribution to our community!"
