"New to area and needed a dermatologist. Called here, waited on hold for over 20 minutes, and whoever I spoke to wasn't very friendly. The first thing I got is "well our you an existing patient?" Then, straight to what type of insurance I had, almsot as if that's all they care about. I need quite a bit of work done, so I guess I'll take it somewhere they actually want to help you. Politeness and common curiosity go a long way!"

"My boyfriend arrived to his appointment and the receptionist was so rude. He forgot his wallet in the car and she made it seem like such a giant inconvenience. Also the nurse snapped at him to go get his wallet. There was no reason to be that disrespectful especially when it’s your job to help people all day. Go get a different occupation if you can’t handle it. I understand people have bad days but being so rude to a patient you don’t even know is beyond unprofessional. He decided he didn’t even want to go through with his appointment."

"Dr. Stephens is always meticulous in his exams and treatments. I think he is an excellent dermatologist."
