"My wife and I went for a visit a nurse practioner came in with a trainee we did not want to get naked in front of all these people so we asked for Dr ahdab came in and said my business my rules and asked us to leave we never met anyone so ignorant and rude"
"Had services by three Drs from this business 11/21. Received billing 6 or 7 months later. Have left numerous messages to billing and told there would be a call back which never happened. Spoke to billing the last time in January 2023 again giving insurance info. again. Received letter 2/23/23 stating over due and will be sent to collections. Called twice same day left messages no return calls. Finally got through today with billing told I needed to call my insurance. Why in all this time did they not inform me if problem and why do I have to do there job? So after an hr and my insurance co also calling them with no one answering phone, I again call back spoke with billing gave them provider's phone number and again the two insurance co. covering my bills. If their billing service is independent I sure would be looking for a new service unless waiting 15+ months to be paid are ok with you?? Do I get a discount for all the hours I've been on the phone trying to resolve information the billing service had??"
