"I wouldn't go here again. They answer the phone by saying, "hello?" (you don't even know if you called the right place), when they don't answer, the voicemail sounds like someone's house, and they also don't say the facility name. Further, five calls and never got a return call. I had to continue calling. I went here to do cost, but it felt dirty and sketchy and I didn't even feel like anyone knew what they were doing or were supposed to do. They told me over the phone it would be 30 minute test. When I got there, they told me over an hour test. It actually took over two hours. They couldn't get a vein for my contrast, then blew my vein and went to the other arm, but I've never before had an issue anywhere else. It took 15 minutes to get an IV in. Further, they billed incorrectly. When I called and asked for the billing department the man that answered told me he would pass it to that department, when I asked for the direct line, he said it was him - he was the billing department and I could text him my insurance information. What? Do not go here. It's weird and your tests may not even get done correctly."

"If you need an MRI at an affordable rate compared to the hospitals, this is the perfect place to come. The staff is amazing and friendly. I was late and they even waited for me. I do have health insurance and this place was by far the less expensive than the area Diagnostics Centers. Will use again."
"Wonderful experience! Easy to get an appointment, short wait times, and accommodating staff. Reports read quickly and sent to your physician. Very low cost for such a modern facility!
