"I don't know why this business doesn't have more reviews, because as far as I can tell and after getting quotes from multiple installers, I genuinely believe this is the best window company in the area. You ever pay for a service or product that exceeds your expectations? I believe this business delivers that experience. Why do I say this? There are many reasons, but some of the big ones are that they carry a very good product (Seaway Windows) that doesn't just look good but performs very well in the Michiana climate. However, a window is only as good as the installation and they get this right too. They use quality materials down to the spray foam, caulking (OSI Quad), etc. Their installers are also great and managed to do a fairly complicated job replacing 5 windows on my home without doing any damage to the interior or exterior walls or ledges. I was even told from the beginning that damage to the drywall could be possible because of how my old windows were installed, but that wasn't the case! I'm happy about the transparency but I'm even happier about not needing a drywaller thanks to the quality installation. Another thing I have to mention is they don't use high pressure sales tactics. In fact, they don't even have salespeople. That means you're getting an honest and fair quote from the start instead of someone throwing a random number at you where you have to do the whole song and dance to negotiate and get the price down. I was able to comfortably make my purchase knowing I wasn't getting ripped off and I didn't have to worry about trying to catch whatever discount of the month is active (as if presidents' day has anything to do with window sales but I digress). Lastly, I applaud the effort and speed of the installers. My 5 windows I replaced weren't exactly easy to remove but the 2 man crew got the job done in a day. They sure worked hard to pull it off but that didn't compromise the quality of the install. They even came back the following day because they didn't have the ideal color of caulk to match the outside window frames the first day. When they came back they color matched with the right caulk and it turned out beautifully. That attention to detail and care definitely justifies the already fair price."
