"I have never been to Jiffy Lube, but I was desperately needing an oil change. It was a fabulous experience! They knew exactly what type of oil my car needed and talked about pricing before processing. I never had to leave my car and they were done in under 15 minutes. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I will use them again in the future!"
"My experience at jiffy lube was terrible to say the least. I came in, i was greeted, let them know i was there for an oil change, and was immediately led to sit in the waiting area. They immediately started working on my car without asking me ANY questions on what type of oil I wanted, or what else i was getting done. Time passed as they were working on my car and finally someone came back into the waiting area and I let them know I had a Groupon for an oil change AND tire rotation. They lied and told me i couldn’t use my Groupon until 24 hours after purchase. After showing them the Groupon fine print and proving that their claim was untrue, they finally gave in. . By then, They had already put the wrong oil in my car. I let them know what I purchased via Groupon and they had to re-drain my oil and put the correct oil in. After that was complete, I waited for about 10 minutes to checkout. The entire time waiting to checkout, my Car was sitting in the rain with the window down. The inside of my car was wet. This experience was terrible and i will never visit this place again."
