"Max responded quickly to my request for a quote on determining the issue of a sinkhole in my driveway. He came out the next day to provide my quote. He came out and as promised had the culvert removed, replaced and recovered with gravel in the same day. After the work was completed he called to notify me and provided pictures of the work done. "Max Snowball did a masterful job diagnosing my sewer problem in the alley behind the house. He came out the very next day, dug up the broken sewer pipe, replaced it with new plastic piping, and was extremely careful to pour gravel into the pit. He stopped every foot or so to pack in the gravel by shovel and with the backhoe. He took his time as he had to move the dump truck and backhoe each time but he was patient and got it done. I was very impressed with his work ethic and care not to break more of the pipe and he made certain the rest of the clay pipe was still in good shape so I shouldn't have any more problems. I will hire him again if I have need and highly recommend him. Most other excavators were significantly higher in price and were about 4 to 6 weeks out. Max got it done quickly and efficiently."
"Max is incredible to work with on doing your yard needs. He is very honest, reliable and has a great work ethic. If he says he will be there, he is there. He has done extensive yard drainage in my back yard to keep water going into my crawlspace. As to date, my crawlspace went from seeping water through the walls to now being bone dry.
