"I made it to this location yesterday at 2:50pm to get a PM done on my truck. The guy took all of my information down and I was told that I would receive a call (that same day)when they are ready for me. It’s in been almost 23 hours and still no contact. Don’t waste your time at this location."
"Well, I do like love. Truck stops a lot because they seem to be the cleanest of the truck stops and I'm referring to the bathrooms. They seem to always have clean restrooms which I really appreciate. And i'm sure a lot of other people do as well"
"I checked in at 2:30pm and was told it would be 3-4 hours before they could get to me I said that was fine, the next day comes and they still hadn’t contacted me so I call and they lie and say the guys who checked me in had checked the truck and closed the order which was a complete and utter lie no one had checked my truck. Then the guy tells me he can reschedule me I said ok because I need the truck fixed (it had been randomly dying) Then I go in later that day and the guy tells me that he had spoken to my company and they told his guys it was just a sensor bar and they told me to unhook it and close the order which again was another lie, I had been in communication with my company and my company is the one who sent me there to get the truck checked. Then they hook up their computer and do absolutely nothing then tell me that they don’t know what’s wrong with it and that it needs to be taken to a dealer. These guys are not only lazy but they have no shame in lying either. If you have another option I would highly recommend you take your truck somewhere else. If I could rate lower than one star I would."
