Our clean and comfortable rooms offer exceptional customer service, with newly remodeled coffee bar and hotel lobby for guests to relax in. Enjoy the soothing sights of our 220-gallon reef saltwater aquarium while indulging in a variety of drinks and snacks from our vending machine.
Our newly painted and remodeled rooms feature fresh white bedding and include amenities such as free WiFi, Direct TV, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, microwave, refrigerator, and work station. Additionally, we offer seven beautiful white kitchenettes with full-sized refrigerators, a commercial ice machine, and coin-operated washer and dryer for guest convenience.
For pet owners, we offer plenty of green space for walks and playtime, with a $10/day fee for furry friends. Dogs must accompany their owners when leaving the hotel and cannot stay in the room unattended.

"I had to come to the Indy area on short notice for my brothers funeral. NBA weekend left few options for lodging. Jennifer from the hotel and Brian from Chicago were able to find a way to accommodate me given the circumstances. This was very much appreciated. Jennifer genuinely shows that she truly cares about your stay. She is a real sweetheart! The hotel is quiet, clean and updated. Really cool fish saltwater fish tank in the lobby for a relaxing sit to view the beautiful sea creatures! There are many shopping and dining options in the Mooresville area and it’s just minutes from downtown."

"My husband and I recently moved from living our entire lives in Mooresville to SC. The Inn was very convenient to our family, friends, Black Friday shopping and other nearby Indianapolis activities. The Inn has been nicely remodeled The entrance & lobby area are welcoming with a sitting area plus a 24 hour coffee bar. Our room was comfortable and clean. There is a refrigerator and small microwave for added convenience. Our host/owner was super friendly and accommodating with any of our needs. Highly recommend giving this very AFFORDABLE Inn/hotel your business."
"Great staff!!! Very friendly and professional! The lobby was very intriguing with an absolutely beautiful salt water aquarium which we enjoyed very much! The whole place was extremely clean and newly renovated. Very affordable! We’ve stayed in countless hotels in the surrounding area but this is our favorite! Highly recommend giving this place a try!"
