"It's a bit messy, but it's an old store in need of a remodel. The employees are friendly. They have a decent inventory of hardware, paint, and plumbing for their size. If you need something else, it's at least half-hour drive away."
"My husband and I moved to Knox 3 years ago and shop at this store very often. It is always been our go-to place in town and the people there have been mostly helpful.... until recently. The last two times I was in there, an employee that they told me was a manager, is not helpful at all and is very rude. Actually, I feel like I am bothering him when I ask a question, even a simple question of what aisle something is located in. In the past, all the employees have been very helpful, and very friendly. This guy, Bill, needs to take a class in customer service or he needs to work where he's not dealing with the public. We spend a lot of money in that store, but I'll tell you what, we might not be shopping there anymore. In our experience in this very small town most of the people are very kind and navigating this world is stressful enough, who needs to deal with a bad attitude. I can't be the only customer that has complained of him?"
"Would give 5 stars for selection, but prices are always higher than competitors. If you can take advantage of app or in store sales its a win win. Staff is very helpful, and knowledgeable as to where things are."
