"I needed a PCM for my truck so I stopped here and they found the part I needed but had to submit a customer request to make sure they could get that particular PCM. So I gave them my name, phone number and address and they submitted the request. 2 days go by and I didn't hear anything so I stopped by again. They look it up and found out that they can't get that PCM. No phone call to let me know or anything. So now my truck has been down 2 full days more than it needed to be, all because they couldn't make a simple phone call to let me know they couldn't get the part. That's absolutely no way to conduct business."
