New Season Treatment Center – Semoran

"First of all I'd like to say what did they do to the actual methadone that they give us because I've been there for 10 years going on 11 years and the medicine used to work now I don't know what they have done to it but it has changed it doesn't hold you no matter how high you raise your dose you will still feel the same it has nothing to do with how long I've been there I can tell the difference just by looking at it before it was more like a thicker syrup like substance you literally had to use water to get it out of your cup and now you don't need it at all it pours right out like water I've noticed this for the last couple years they need to go back to the original medicine that they had instead of trying to cut corners and make more money. Oh and please don't tell me you apologize for any inconveniences I might have had and to talk to my counselors because they can't do nothing about it."

"The program director at the Gary Indiana off the Dunes Highway facility I can say she truly does care about helping you she dialed every number she could find she talked to everybody she could call and sat on that phone for an hour and a half and finally succeeded when I went here to guest dose and it was all because my clinic would not answer the phone so they could verify"

"Its really sad to see some of these reviews saying they are in it for the money..ive spent many years with Semaron , the director is awesome and she listens and goes above and beyond to help you, Mike my counselor is so caring and kind.. I think that if people actually WORK the program they wouldnt have issues..and if counselors are that bad why not go to the director? This place saved my life and im forever grateful! Thank You Regina for ALWAYS going above and beyond to help myself and my husband! Esp when he had his knee surgery! Thank You to Mike and Chanelle for ALWAYS listening and caring for us! "I am really sad and upset that dawn will no longer be there. She is the only counselor that goes above and beyond for her clients. She not only helps them with recovery, but she helps push them in the right direction when it comes to just life. She has helped me more than she will ever know. "Man these people saying all this stuff about it's on the client's NO. Half of these counselors could care less what happens to their clients on their caseload. People need to understand as human beings that life happens and this place DOES NOT. I still go here and am on the lookout for a new place for treatment. The whole system is twisted and the new security guard likes to scream at women especially and belittle people. I give this place a dollar sign for the rating cause that's all it is. If you're looking to get in wait an hour to two then get your meds and get out. Go here! If you're looking for a care team and facility to care about your well being and recovery, don't even bother."
