"I had a hair foicolle test done thier. My results came back positive I DONT do any type of drug. Not only did it take 7 days for the results to come back. The hair sample got lost in route.Now nobody can give me my level for it. I have called now they say they dont have the results. Only the place that requested the test has them. Call that place they said the clinic has them. I had hair foicolle test done a year and half ago negative results. Now I have a positive result. I so confused. The lady cut 4 different patches out of my hair. My hair is very thin and doesn't grown at a rapid pace. I repeat I DON'T DO NO TYPE OF DRUGS."
"Staff was great first off. The low rating is because of procedure and company policy. Went in for a DOT physical and was asked 3-4 times to answer the same exact lengthy questionnaire either on the app or on paper. I am a big guy but I have no ailments, blood pressure perfect, No diabetes, no other issues other than being big. I always get a 2 year medical card because I have no issues. But I was told that it is Concentra’s company policy to make anyone with a BMI over 40 to participate in a sleep study within 90 days. Therefore my medical card has been restricted for 90days. Other than company polices I’m fine for a 2 year"
"Was there before they opened. Was second person in the door. It signed in quickly and complies with their information requests. It took 2 hours before I saw the Dr. He spent about 7 min with me and sent me on my way. The only reason I gave 2 starts was because the Dr seemed concerned and apologized that I waited so long"
