"Dishonest. Charged me over $700 for installing 3 parts that you can buy yourself for less than $100 on Amazon. He had the parts on his truck and it took him less than an hour to complete the job. He was trying to scare me into buying a whole new heating and cooling system."

"We had some waste lines replaced with them recently, which seemed to go well for about a week. The technician said that it may have pushed some gunk down the line during the repair which might require some snaking and he would come out and take care of that if we needed. This Saturday our waste lines backed sewage into our tub and we called All Seasons to come snake the line. It was a weekend, so we paid $150 for the technician to come out and $150 per hour on top of that. The technician came out, tried to snake the drain, and gave up after an hour and suggested that we call Roto Rooter. We still paid $300 and were unable to use our plumbing all weekend. It also seems we have a leak under our bathroom now and having another company come out to try to fix the issue today. Very frustrating experience."

"We used All Seasons on 1/2/2024 to come out and replace our Standard Inducer Fan Assembly on our furnace. I seem to be pleased with their services although expensive. We also used them last year to perform a tune up on our HVAC as well. We have been loyal customers for at least two years now."

"My wife and I have used several different HVAC contractors for installs and maintenance in our home and rentals over the years. Our contractor recommended All Seasons after we had difficulty with service from a regional HVAC service for our home cooling in the midst of a recent heat wave. Brian (operations manager) came out the day after we requested evaluation of options and a quote. During his visit he called Greg (service tech, with many years experience) out, who arrived quickly and evaluated our unit to see if our unit was repairable and discuss the value of doing and probability it would be an uncomplicated solution. We then we further discussed our options, cost, etc. We decided to get a new AC as the risk of repair failure and needing a new unit anyhow seemed too high to us in the midst of summer heat, and we were quickly provided a competitive estimate for each option. After we agreed to installation of a new central AC, Tyler and Ezra came about 3 days later. They were on time and went straight to work, and were responsive, friendly and respectful. They did some additional neatening and such of our existing lines and furnace, after asking. I had a problem with cooling shortly after they left and Tyler came back within a half hour of my call, although it turned out to be a thermostat programming issue for which they were not responsible. The estimated cost was the final We highly recommend All Seasons based on this installation service. We were very pleased with our experience over all. We anticipate contracting them for a regular service contract after our initial period expires or if we have (heaven forbid) any new installation needs."
