"I highly recommend this phenomenal facility. Carri always answers the phone and patiently deals with insurance companies. Carri also explains billing, she is a wonderfully caring person. Everyone in the facility is welcoming and friendly. The group works very well together. I had injuried my shoulder a year ago and could not get any testing done on it because of COVID-19, so I had very limited movement. Dana, Phenomenal Occupational Therapist, explained what was going on with my shoulder and how the exercises would help increase movement. I consider Dana a Miracle Worker. I can now move my arm normally. Thank you Concept Therapy PC!"
