"This is ridiculous. My twins are sick and I was put into some sketchy area and have been forgotten about. I'm very upset. My girls are struggling. They can barely breathe. This is absolutely ridiculous. I've been waiting for 2.5 hours. My girls are going to be hungry here soon and I have to feed them in some non sterile waiting area. I'm very disappointed and upset. My girls need to be seen fast."

"I love memorial. I’ve had 3 children here. It’s not the greatest I understand in some areas but definitely improving. Me & my wife has recently welcomed our 4th child into the world and all was well. We absolutely love Marci and all the nursing staff in the baby care unit. ONE in particular stood out as I ever heard a disgusting attitude on 3/4 separate occasions as my wife would hit the button to the nurses clerk station. Her name is Sheryl and it’s absolutely unsure how she answers the call all to just refer my wife to someone else and act as if my wife is being a nuisance by asking too much during her recovery process. I’d love for someone to get in contact with me to get this resolved IMMEDIATELY I would HATE for another recovery mother to feel as my wife did for asking for assistance. After all when you answer the call you do say “how can I help you” and she was no help at all. The messages 8/10 times never got to our nurse and when I went to the desk myself it took her 5 mins to even acknowledge me. Which is very very rude. Thank you hope everyone enjoys their stay even better once this is taken care of"

"My daughter needed to go to the ER for severe abdominal pain. We arrived at 2 pm. We did have to wait four hours to get into an ER room but once we were in the room the staff was so efficient. We had only been in the room a few minutes before the Dr came in and ordered the CAT SCAN. We did wait about 45 minutes to be taken down but once it was done the Dr had the results in less than 20 minutes. Ordered a sonogram next and he was barely out of the room and they had my daughter transported to get that test. She was back about 20 minutes and Dr (we did not get his name) was back in again to let us know he was admitting her. We thought it would take a loooooong time to get a room but we waited less than an hour. The visits we had with the internist were very informative and easy to follow their logic (Dr Vida) was fantastic. Her nurse Courtney was very pleasant and attentive. This was our first ER visit. We are very impressed."

"I do NOT recommend this ER. it was disgustingly dirty. There were fluids on the floor of the bathroom attached to the room (fall hazard). Dust was so thick on the equipment, clock and picture I could have written my name in it. There was trash on the floor of the bathroom, including tissue and a hospital band. The Dr. actually asked why we were there instead of St. Joe since that is where we had gone previously. I did speak with the person in charge of the ER today (12/8) and was told they have been trying to get their Environmental Area to do more deep cleaning, they need to clean after every patient as well as deep cleaning! No matter how long the wait is at another ER, go there instead."

"My 93 year old mother was in the ER today. The doctor and staff were wonderful!! So kind and caring. ER is a long wait but they did such a great job! I can't imagine how challenging their jobs can be. A bad day ended up pretty good. Mom is comfortably "tucked in" at home. My brother and I are grateful!"
