"The food was pretty good, but they were not keeping up with the dinner rush. They ran out of a few ingredients on the line, and we had to wait for them. The burrito builder was shorting us on meat portions. And they ran out of chips. Then, when we sat down at a table, the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day."

"Got guacamole instead of the queso I ordered. Had to go in and wait in line to get it. Then I get home and I'm eating my bowl they left off several toppings and the chicken tastes weird, also found a large hair. Very disgusted and very annoyed. I FOUND ANOTHER HAIR IN MY QUESO....I stg I'm done with this place fr. Burn it down....trash. I want this meal comped I can't even tell you how pissed off I am..... CAN I EAT MY CHIPS OR THEY HAVE HAIR IN EM TOO!??!!??!?!?!?!"

"Usually love Chipotle, and wanted to give this location a try. My family ate there this evening, and I’m not sure why, but the server had an issue with what we were ordering (burrito, bowl, taco). He only would serve us after confirming with another employee, which I was surprised about because we didn’t order anything unusual. Our food was cold, and also very bland (except for the chips, guacamole, and queso.) The lemonades were all out, and the counter and some of the tables were dirty. My husband stopped eating after half of a burrito - unfortunately it made him really nauseous. Edit - I submitted the same feedback using the link given by the owner in response to my review, and the reply I got was an apology for not giving enough filling portions…. Which was not in my review at all. I’m disappointed that even by email they didn’t take the time to read the feedback. Here is their reply: “Thank you so much for reaching out. I am so sorry your meal’s portions fell short of our standards. I’ll share your concerns with our Chipotle Crew so we can make sure we’re serving up filling portions from here on out.”"

"Here is the thing i love chipotle so much that i cant bring myself to give it 1 star even tho the experience i had was awful this day....JEFF the african manager is thee biggest Ahole and just don't care about customer satisfaction. Not friendly and vague with answers to questions. His attitude and vibe is off sometimes i rather just call to see if he working and if he is i don't eat there that evening. Even the employees have to apologize on his behalf . I have tried to reach out to corporate a few rimes but to no avail i get nothing ...i still love them but i feel something needs to be done with my experiences when im in there when he works"

"Every time I go to this location it’s the worst. Not a care givin in the world about the food, feel, or flow of this restaurant. I remember when chipotle was the place to go, this is now the last place I wanna go. Don’t believe me? Take a look at some of these photos. The Team director needs to be held accountable for this. 0 effort of holding chipotles what use to be high standards. The need to bring back some top performing people to clean this mess up. 40 buck and you get to clean your own table. Non of this was taken during peak time so there isn’t a single excuse. Jermey Ferguson hold yourself and your people accountable. Pain is privilege."
