"Well, I actually read today and all week that you could get a free breakfast sandwich on the app. I drove out of my way and it wasn't there. I got the new chip biscuit. It was fresh and very good. Although, I spent 5 something with a senior coffee. It wasn't the store's fault. They don't handle the app. Anyway, that was the case. If I get another chix. biscuit: I think I will get some of the grape jelly for the biscuit. It was fresh and fluffy!"
"I love this McDonalds I really do we come here often and have had no issues but tonight i get home to realize my nuggets are no where to be found (10 piece) tried to call no answer it's a shame I'll have to check my bag better next time."
"We dined inside.They were busy. Used the self check in kiosk. Had a long wait for food , due to being busy. Our order was hot and correct when we got it. The sweet tea dispenser was empty in the dining room. They happily got tea refills for us behind the counter."
"Treated me rudely when I told them I had two different codes for my order and didn't give me my entire order. Also refused to let me separately order a drink and insisted I go all that way back through the line. Rude employees, poor customer service."
"Did not get hashbrowns I ordered. They weren't rung up or heard. Manager himself not listening/too busy/ whatever. He himself at first window declined to add them. No separate orders. Made me wonder what other things are out of his power."
