"The club is large and the instructors for the classed are very good. Only about half of the equipment is well maintained though. Some machines are torn and need repair. All of the hand weights in aerobics room need to be replaced."
"Many of the equipment is broken down or doesn't work properly. Equipment is old. I can lift weights at any gym, but, the main reason i joined this gym is because they had a basketball court. The court has been closed down for over 3 months. I asked back in early December, after it had been closed for over a month and a half, when we can expect it to be reopened, the answer was we are getting bids and expect it to reopen by the end of December. It's finally being "repaired", but that has been almost 2 weeks since they started. Its ridiculous."
"This would be a great gym. The equipment options are ideal for those trying to build muscle. Cool machines that aren't everywhere. However, I tried a free pass. I waited for over 20 minutes to meet with this guy that would eventually let me workout, but not until he explained why I should join this gym. I had not seen any of the gym yet, so unsure how he could expect me to make my decision. I never joined, and they keep calling and texting me, seemingly desperate for me to join. I get it. But honestly I would have been a lot more prone to joining had they not been so pushy."
"7 of 18 treadmills do not work. Several that do work, the touch screen is broke. Been that way for months. The basketball court has been closed for months and they have not started to replace it yet. Half the TVs are not working either. The gym is clean and the staff are great. Just machines being broken all the time and having to wait to get a turn on the treadmill."
"We’ve been members for the last 5ish months. I love that this location is affordable and close to my home. Unfortunately I’ve consistently dealt with issues related to cleanliness and machines working. The only way to wipe down equipment is with wipes from a small number of stations and I often find that the stations are empty. Machines, especially treadmills, are often down. Usually at least 3 are down, but on my most recent visit 7/20 were down. The employees were kind and said that they have submitted requests for service but they haven’t been able to get them filled. This has a searching for a new gym."
