"I was stranded during my Christmas travels they allowed me to stay there from the time they opened until the time they closed on Christmas Eve at first I had no money they gave me water they allowed me to use electricity before the middle of the day I had money I bought several drinks and spent the rest of my day there enjoying the atmosphere and trying to figure out how to get home before Christmas thank you Starbucks for being there for people! your staff is awesome they were polite personable and respectful to two people who probably look like bums, they didn't treat us as if we were thank you for being a type of company that allows their employees to engage in the simple act of human kindness. And please tell your staff Yes we made it home by Christmas thank you Michigan Was A Long Way From Crawfordsville Indiana so again thank you."
"Always super friendly staff and I appreciate their attention to detail! I ordered my drink with oatmilk because it's delicious, but on the off chance I had a dairy allergy, they waited to add the whipped cream until they could ask. Awesome"
"Always a bit crowded and the location isn't great for parking or the drive thru, but I have never had a problem with the service no matter how busy they are. Makes for a cozy place to hang out on mornings when I have time to spare."
"It’s just not the same. I miss when locations had more autonomy…now it feels like a cold airport staffed with teenagers…I understand that there are busy times, but I’m literally standing here 30 minutes after placing a mobile order waiting on coffee. They need to let customers know when they order if the wait is excessive, bc if it wouldn’t inconvenience everyone else, I’d def be asking for a refund and leave."
