"Terrible and abusive staff. You are made fun of and dehumanized, none of the nurses or aids remotely care about you and do not supply any services that teach coping skills, therapy techniques, or anything that helps with mental health. You sleep on a dog bed, thin - frozen sheets, basic to none hygienic products or atmosphere, food isn’t even good enough for a dog, and they toy with your emotions. This place needs to get shut down for good."

"Walked in and told them I needed to be admitted, the receptionist rolled her eyes and sighed. She was so rude and made me feel like a burden for being there. Do NOT go here, they are rude and do not care about you or your mental health AT ALL I didn’t even get past the lobby because your receptionist was so incredibly rude. You can’t expect people to be admitted when the first person they meet is a horrible example of your facility."

"This place is a joke!!!! Please, please do not let a loved one end up here. They do not help when someone is struggling. They are in it only for the money. They CAN....hold you against your will. They are mean. A woman named Tanya who works there would not let my girlfriend make any phone calls to her family and just laughed at her. THEY DO NOT HELP PEOPLE. They are in it for the insurance money only. We got our insurance paper after we were out and found out that they kept her longer than the insurance allowed with no reason. They do what they want in there and keep you in for however long they want. Please, please do not take anyone there who is needing help."

"Options was terrible. The communication here is terrible to non existent. My son was removed from this facility by police officers, he is 15 and taken by ambulance to community north. This happened at 8am, options never called me, still hasn't returned my calls regarding discharge paperwork, didn't tell community anything that happened. Not a secured facility, understaffed, and dangerous. There only option for aggressive behaviors is shots and call the police. They dont have any seclusion rooms, it's co-ed but not supervised properly. They only care about charging your insurance. The little communication that I did have they called 2xs to start a new med that's on my son do not give listed as an allergy. Spoke with Jack a counsler after my son was transferred, he told me would call me back regarding the paperwork and never heard back after I called and left another message. The state needs to investigate this place someone is going to get hurt here!!!!"

"This placed sucked. We waited for like 3 hours sitting in a room. SO many fights and relationships that built up in the hospital. I was in the kid unit and i advise DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE. The workers do not care at all, and have no sympathy. There was some workers who were amazing and taught you actual life lessons, but others did not care. They cussed all the time, had an attitude with you. We went through triggers one half the unit said loud noises/banging, and the next group therapy banged LOUD on the table, and triggered a few kids. We had a guy in our unit that touched other people and they didn't care to move him out of the unit, and a PREGNANT teenager."
