"I feel like the reception staff is lovely. The wait time stuck bad I have been at the location going on 9 years they are not getting better my son's appointment was at 8:20 they called him at 9 am so I asked for the management she took ten minutes to come out then had the nerve to stay they busy with the same breath she stated they have 7 doctors and 9 nurses that was in the build. I feel like their no used of making a appointment they don't care at all."
"I love the physicians there and even the receptionists have changed and they are much more friendly that the past ones. I usually don't have a long wait for anything I'm there for. I hate calling the 800# so I call the office number when I need to."
"I feel like they’re doing everything they can and the reception staff is lovely. But I leave feeling frustrated more often than not and when I call the nurses I feel they are rude to me. This has happened twice now. I have compassion and understanding for their jobs being difficult, but I will also definitely be switching doctors asap."
"Dr. Schmucker is one of the best doctors I’ve seen. He is thorough with each visit, he is kind, he is very knowledgeable, and you can tell that he cares. I’m my experience, although busy, the clinic tends to run very smoothly and the staff is friendly. I have rarely waited longer than 15 minutes past my appointment time before being called back. All in all, if Dr. Schmucker is helping you manage your health, then you are in excellent and capable hands!"
"I had an appointment today scheduled for 9:40. Person after person who came in after me got called back to see the doctor. They all had appointments and they all got seen on time. I had an appointment and confirmed online ahead of time, arrived a little early, paid, but then had to wait and wait. After about 30 minutes past my appointment, I asked if my appointment had been forgotten (anything is possible), and the receptionist was very polite and explained “The doctor is running behind” I was finally seen about an hour past my appointment time. Dr. Sutherland is so great and even the ladies who work at the desk are wonderful! The doctor is not to blame. It’s a scheduling problem, and they need to fix it. I’m older and I wondered if I was left behind after literally every other patient because my needs were not seen as especially important?"
