"It's funny how stupid people are and blaming the ministries and the property for the severe thunderstorm that came through because so so sorry that the power went out oh that's right it's supposed to stay on in just your one cabin and everywhere else in the town the power is out. If your that high maintenance then don't go here check into the 5 star Hilton and I'm sure they have a nice bidget so you don't even have to wipe your butt"

"What an amazing retreat center and TIFFANY was AWESOME!!! She was soo kind, helpful, & just did soo many little extra things that made our time here special! You can TELL she loves her job! It felt like family was hosting us!"

"I'm here now, we have no power, the lights went off early this morning due to the severe thunderstorms last night and early morning. The houses on the grounds have generators, but the cabins don't. I woke to having to take a ice cold shower, the main building where the cafeteria is has no generator, so breakfast had to be from the nearest Mc Donald's. Still no lights now that it is afternoon. The rooms are muggy because no air-conditioning due to the power outage. This my first retreat here and I am not satisfied with the accommodations. My room was given away to someone who's not in my group. So I had to bunk with someone else from my group, but I paid my money with no problem, but my needs weren't met. I won't be back for my spiritual retreat to Cedar Lake."
