Holiday Inn Indianapolis Airport, an IHG Hotel

"CINDY is the absolute best, her customer service goes above and beyond, she is the reason I continue to come back to this hotel. The rooms are always nice and clean. The restaurant has good food. It’s the best hotel in the area. I’m here 3 plus nights a week and Cindy has done everything to make this a home away from home and as comfortable of a stay as possible. I highly recommend going here."

"Warning - this hotel has confirmed bedbugs! I wanted to wait until everything was finished with this hotel before i left a review. If it would have been handled in a different manner - I wouldn’t have reviewed the hotel at all So after taking a shower and getting into bed, my legs start feeling super itchy and just a little tiny insect bitting feeling, I pulled back the sheets and noticed lots of dried blood stains. I immediately back all my things and go downstairs to switch rooms. The woman at the front desk gave me so much push back at first and was like oh no that’s impossible, after I stood my ground she reluctantly moved my room. The next morning the lady said she would give me points for the inconvenience. O had to toss my luggage and carry my things in trash bags. Since I was traveling for work I let my employer also know about the experience. My employer notified me that after inspection it was confirmed bed bugs. It took about 5 days for the GM to get back with me and another 24 hours for the insurance to contact me. The insurance adjuster was nice, offered to cover medical expenses and the depreciated value of the items I tossed. This is where the disrespect comes in at - after that I emailed the GM to inquire about bonus points or status upgrade, never replied, I called multiple times and left voice messages - never replied. I finally called the hotel directly and she happened to answer and said that she wasn’t going to do any status changes because the insurance company was paying for the items mentioned above. So I’m like what about the points and what I was told at check out - also she felt this way and was just never going to return my call? That’s terrible customer service. She reluctantly said okay I’ll give you a few thousand points, to put it in perspective - 1 night stay is around 24,000 points. Needless to say I’d never stay here again, because if the terrible customer service. I’ve already cancelled my stays at other IHG properties because of how I was treated at this property. Mistakes and accidents happen it’s all in how you treat your customers after that matters."

"Traveling solo and arriving late at night. Property was well lit, easy to find. The check in was fast, efficient. Room was super clean. Dove bathing products an added bonus. Highly recommend for an airport hotel experience."

"Not the friendliest Staff, in fact a little rude. I have been to a lot of IHG hotels and this one rates pretty low. Restaurant at the hotel is over priced. Food is so so at best; onion rings were like rocks. For the price they charged customers should expect so much better than what they get. Coffee was cold. no sugar available. If you don't know any better. This hotel woulld be fine. But if you're a seasoned travel you may want to book another hotel."

"We had a nice stay at this hotel over the weekend. We picked this location due to having the restaurant inside & it was a great choice, the food was yummy and the service was great. Football was on all weekend without having to ask. Rooms were clean and safe. Biggest qualm is they only had 1 elevator running the entire weekend and there was a big conference being hosted in addition to a colts home game (front desk said it was sold out) - so sometimes it took awhile to get around. I climbed 5 flights of stairs more than once, so something to keep in mind if you rely on elevators. Overall I recommend this hotel."
