"They started working on my car BEFORE giving me an estimate or getting my permission. This is an older vehicle which we were trying to decide if it was worth fixing. I will NOT be using their services in the future. After more than a decade of being loyal customers it saddens me that I will have to find somewhere else for my car repairs. It is NOT the same after the former owners sold out. I used to feel confident in the service and treatment but now it feels like the same run-around you get at a dealership where all they want is to upsell. **** PLEASES NOTE: After my review, I was contacted by Central Automotive and we had a converstaion about my experience.
