"It's hard to give a rating. I want to give 4 stars because even though all the chaos I've endured these past 2 months, I have been able to at least get my medication. But theres just been so many issues, i have to give 3. They allow walk ins, on tops of those who actually make appointments. So even tho you have an appointment for a certain time, they allow those walk Ins to go before you and you just have to wait. My first time seeing the doctor I had an appointment. I waited almost 2 hours past that time before I was seen. Then my second time, apparently the doctor decided to take vacation time last minute, they stated they notified everyone but I received nothing. And this last time, I made an appointment online for 10am, didn't learn til I got there, that they don't start seeing patients till 11am. So why is there an option online starting at 10?? Like I said, even through all the confusion, I have been able to continue my medication, and I've lost 20lbs since I started. So I'm very thankful for that. I just wish they had a better system when it comes to appointments. I take time off of work when I make these appointments. It should not take over 2 hours to be seen. If they can't keep up with, they should stop taking walkins and be by appointment only. It's not fair to those who planned ahead, scheduled their day around this appointment, only to be pushed by the walks ins."

"The slowest doctor's office in the world. On March 18th I made an appointment to see the doctor for may 11th, almost two months apart. This office waits until May 2th to tell me that my appointment time is not available anymore for some magical reason and that the next time Won't be until the middle of June. I could have seen someone else. Also not to mention you have to provide all of your personal information before you even go so I don't know what they're gonna do with that but I will be sure to file a complaint with the state."

"Ok so ill start of by addressing that im usually skeptical of all diet treatments. Mainly because I've tried so many in the past an no matter what they never worked for me. So ill be honest I went into this feeling as if this would be another one of those dead-ends. But to my surprise it wasn't that case at all. Dr. Alobeid and his team of health professionals have definitely made a believer out of me. Why well because they brought the confidence in myself, back up from being low because of my weight. Overall its a great environment and Dr. Alobeid and his team definitely know what their doing. I've have been going to Family Medicine for under a year and have already lost over 60lbs. An im definitely looking to the future weight loss. I've already recommended to family and friends to him. So yes i would recommend Dr. Alobeid and the team at family Medicine to everyone."

"If you're looking to lose weight this is the place to go. I've been going here for just about a year now and I'm down 75 plus pounds. I really haven't even started working out yet. I have a ways to go but Dr Alobeid and his outstanding staff have started me on the right path to a happier and healthier life. Check 'em out!"
