"went to check pool and gym. nice facilities, clean, enormous. many machines and free weights. staff friendly and helpful right down the street. hmmmm . . . ."
"Initially I signed my grandson up for swimming lessons. Everything was great until the elevator broke. I am disabled and can't climb the stairs so had to sit upstairs. When the elevator was repaired, (10 months later), I signed up for membership so he and I could swim. Then the heater in the pool broke so the pool is closed. I am still being billed though. I am canceling our membership"
"I was impressed by the cleanliness, work out equipment, pool, and overall ambiance. The elevators have not been in service since October 2022! I believe that should be prioritized because stairs are steep and people with mobility difficulties will not be able to enjoy the full facility! Also, prices are a bit steep for Matteson’s residents who pay High property taxes!"
