"Pharmacy is always ready and polite, sometimes there is a line. Store staff very polite and helpful. Freezers are on a different level, all mixed up products and prices."

"The worst of the worst for pharmacies. Not only does the app not work well, but good luck trying to get them on the phone. I've been on hold several times and the average time is 18 minutes before I get disconnected. Short staffed and apparently could care less."

"Inept liars is the best thing I can say about this pharmacy. We dropped off a prescription at the pharmacy counter in person, face to face, for some pain medication for severe pain. They said it would take 2 hours to fill. When I asked why, they said it was because the medication was in the safe, as if that would make the time go to 2 hours from the usual 30 minutes. We went home. By the time we got a text saying it was ready, it was too late to go pick it up, so I went the next day. I waited for 28 minutes in the drive-up lane behind 7 cars. When the car in front of me pulled away from the window I saw someone put a blue sign in the window. I pulled up to the window and the sign said that the window was closed due to technical issues. This was a complete lie because the sign was printed from a printer and already set up to hang in the window. They couldn't have made it in the 20 seconds between the previous person and me. I parked and went inside and found 8 people in line at the pharmacy counter, which meant another half-hour wait standing and no way to sit down. I left mad as a hornet. After writing this I will be calling Walgreens headquarters. This is just one of a long list of examples of why I will NEVER buy anything for myself from any Walgreens."

"One car ahead of me in the pharmacy pickup drive-thru. 18 minutes before pulling up to the window. Once it was finally my turn, The young lady took my name and information and then disappeared for 16 more minutes. I wish I could say this was a one-time thing, but last time I had a prescription pick up it was a 22 minute wait. Although this pharmacy is painfully convenient I will have to look elsewhere because this is absurd."

"Worst service at the pharmacy I have ever received. We dropped a prescription off yesterday and they asked if we were going to wait in store for it to be filled, I said yes. Went to sit down by the clinic. 40 minutes went by and I walked up to the counter to ask if it was ready. The woman told me no, so I told her I was told it would take a half hour to fill it and its been 40 minutes. She said that it wasn't done and she didn't know when it would be done. Disgusted with her horrible customer service skills I sat down and waited. I watched people who dropped of prescriptions after me get theirs about 20 minutes later. I waited in total an hour and a half to pick up my prescription. The staff didn't even care and acted like I was ridiculous for being frustrated. I will never go to this pharmacy ever again. They need more intelligent and accountable pharmacy employees."
