But instead I haved to Stay in the front desk dealing with a over charger, plus my information is given to an other guest can u explain me that ? So I been charger extra 394.00 that below to other guest"

"I think staying here is a scam. I have now been charged 3 times for the same stay. I paid when I booked it online, I was charged again upon check in and just got charged again MONTHS after my stay. I understand people make mistakes and the person at the front desk did not know what they were doing when I checked in however I don’t understand how it is possible to charge me again months after my stay. Save your money, time and aggravation and stay somewhere else."

"Convient location, polite staff, clean rooms, a warm or cold breakfast provided in lounge towards the enterence exit. Should sell on shuttle services more as they offer a shuttle service. They shuttle you to Naval PIR."

"This location is excellent! Nice quiet location with a great pool if you’re traveling with children. Breakfast was hot and delicious! Staff was extremely courteous and accommodating. Room was very clean and perfectly maintained. I would give it 4.5 stars, my only reason is that the walls are extremely thin. Obviously at no fault to the staff but I could hear the TV and snoring of the individual in the room next to me. Luckily the A/C units in the room have a “perpetual fan” mode so that was able to drown out the snoring and TV with no issue, however the walls and doors are paper thin compared to other locations I’ve stayed at. Overall this is a excellent location for an overnight for a business trip."

"My checking in process was fast my checkout process was faster. Breakfast was good. 5 stars for the coffee in the lobby. The staff kept it ready for the Navy graduation crowd. You can tell this was not their first rodeo. The room was clean, and the bed was really comfortable. A/C was cold. I enjoyed my stay."
