"I like the convenience of the HP location. You can always find a cute outfit, accessory or shoe. Staff is “typically” upbeat and quite customer service oriented. Atmosphere is always like a party! Downfalls, you can’t reach a person by phone. Also, recently the store is so crammed with merchandise. You walk in door into a rack. It’s overwhelming and a little junky."
