"I was there couple of months ago to buy a vetra jacket that was on sale. Since I bought from this place before I send them an email to ask if they could put it on hold for me because I wasn’t in Chicago yet but no answer came. I send a second email, still no answer. When I finally made it to Chicago and came to the shop I said very kindly that I send emails and would’ve liked at least an answer instead of being ignored especially since I’m a returning customer. The person that was there was super defensive and snippy. Instead of apologizing he just started constantly snipping at me. I thought to myself fine I just drop it cuz I didn’t wanna get into a discussion but this guy just from now on wouldn’t stop being snippy and rude to me even while I paid the jacket I bought. Very frustrating experience! Edit: when the guys from independence heard of my experience they came forward and were very nice and accommodating. Therefore I changed my rating."

"Ordered a jacket for a new retiree at our company. The jacket was so well made, just beautiful - great gift for a true baseball fan. I ordered a size too small but we were in a time crunch. Called customer service and they shipped the correct size for delivery the next day. The customer service and quality are definitely 5 STAR! Thank you."
