On the Hill Golf Course and Lounge - Legion Post #199 is a historic institution located at 58 Illinois 157, Edwardsville, Illinois, United States. Established in 1924, Post #199 purchased the land that would eventually become a golf course and home to American Legion Post #199. Today, Legion Park features a 9-hole golf course, clubhouse bar and grill, banquet hall, outdoor structures, and green spaces. The venue hosts various events and festivals throughout the year, including Independence Day celebrations for the City of Edwardsville. The On the Hill Golf Course offers a scenic and relaxing environment for socializing and golfing. Tee times are recommended and can be made by calling 618-656-9774.
