"Beware: Mitsubishi - Countryside sold a car with a branded title! If you buy such a car you will have a difficult to impossible time to trade or sell it anywhere. They covered their legal b*tts by pushing a paper for me to sign disclosing this but never said that these cars are nearly impossible to subsequently trade or sell. I will be very clear that they did not do anything illegal but they were unethical in my opinion and pulled the wool over my eyes on this one. They never would sell this car to any of their loved ones or friends I am safe to say. So when there are so many other car dealerships to buy from, why give your hard-earned money to them? They clearly prioritize a few bucks over treating their customers right."

"If I had the option to give this dealership zero stars, I definitely would be doing that. I waited a while because I wanted to see how my experience was going to be with this dealer and I'm glad that I did do that. In less than 30 days of driving this vehicle after being told that the car had new brake pads, and was recently inspected I received a notification on the screen of my car telling me that my brake pad needed to be replaced. I trusted THAT information because it was coming from BMW and I am confident that the car is able to assess its condition. I was told by the seller Nancy that they probably forgot to reset the sensor after they changed the brake pads, and she assured me that the maintenance was recently done based on a sticker that was listed in the window. The sticker that was listed in the window was postdated, and I was told that was possible probably a typo. I spoke to another employee at their other location, who also stated the same thing and informed me that they had breaks available and that they would be covered. After driving this car for less than 2,000 miles I was given a bill for $1400 and told that the brake pads needed to be replaced on the entire vehicle. Nancy stated that her general manager told her that they would not cover the brakes and would sell the brake pads at cost meaning that I will still be footing over $1,400 bill on a vehicle that I would not have purchased with faulty brakes, had I have known that the brake pads were not in new condition like I was informed during the sale. it took over a month for them to even get in contact with the luxury dealerships information to have my car assessed. I would never recommend this dealership and I am in the process of speaking with an attorney."
