"BJ Diloy, is the best agent it was quick, convenient and easy. Will recommend him and definitely will go back again. It's one of the best Nissan service center, they break it down by showing a video of what's wrong with your car."

"I previously leased two Nissan Altima SL, one from Martin Nissan who is now under new ownership, and one from CONTINENTAL Nissan, which I later found out is also under new ownership, COUNTRYSIDE Nissan, where I leased a NEW 2024 Nissan Altima SL. The car was driven to my house on 1/27/2024. I drove it for the first and only time on 1/29/2024. The cameras were blurry. Not trusting the cameras I was backing out of my parking space at Costco and I looked back. A van was 2 feet from the back of my car and the cameras did not sound an alarm! Thank God I was able to avoid an accident by looking back. The car did not accelerate as fast as the previous two, and there may be more malfunctions which SHOULD NOT exist in a NEW car. Moreover, I was given an inspection sheet where all the boxes were checked, although the cameras were blurry and malfunctioning and the car did not accelerate properly. The sheet was signed by three people, and somehow ALL THREE wrote the date of the inspection as 7/25/2024, six months after I took possession of the car on 1/27/2024! We are currently in February 2024, not in July 2024!"

"Bought a new Rogue on 1/2/2024. It stopped running on 1/9/2024. Keith from service assured me it would be repaired properly, that the inner cooler system needed to be replaced. We were patient and understanding. They had the car until 1/19 and returned it to us saying that it was perfect and in brand new condition. Today 1/26/2024 the car has the SAME issue and broke down again. No one has answers. We have owned the car less than thirty days and it had left us stranded TWICE. No answers from service as to what is wrong with it. I am disappointed beyond belief. I hesitated to write this review because I know it will affect their business, but buyers should know. There is either something very wrong with the 2023 Rogue or something very wrong with Countryside Nissan or BOTH. This is my 4th Nissan. They would have had a customer for life. I will never purchase a Nissan again."

"Service was timely and done well. They reviewed the safety check with me and offered urgent and recommended service. The safety video showed me some of the detail of what they saw while doing the check, but there was no pressure to add additional work, which I appreciated."

"I have come to the dealership for years for cars and services. Always five stars. But this past time was not a good experience. I noted when I dropped off the car several issues ranging from invalid key codes/fobs, a driver side door lock issue, and noted - multiple times - that the battery needed to be checked. I noted to the person who took my car that my console was not working - no camera, radio, map etc. He said probably battery. When I picked up my car, the door lock was fixed and they told me the battery was fine, but no print out of any of that in my paperwork. The console/map/etc. also was not working. Keith W. sat in the car and I showed him, and told me that this is "something they do not check." So, after over $750, my car really is not 100% and that is disappointing. I pointed out the console issue when I first dropped it off, but now I will have to bring it back. I am hopeful for a better service experience in the future, as I love the dealership and have had years of good luck there. Thanks for your attention to this. I'm coming back as I trust you still."
